Oh, this wedding. It was something special. The couple, Laura and Dan, were high school sweethearts from Michigan who have since relocated to California. They returned home to Michigan for their wedding day so that they could celebrate with friends and family in the area where they had met and fallen in love. These two were blessed with an absolutely beautiful September day, celebrating their commitment to each other at Laura’s childhood home. We couldn’t get enough of the house Laura grew up in or the friends and family who came together to celebrate a marriage that had been in the works for years. It is so obvious that Laura and Dan get each other, that they have supported each other through many different seasons of life and that they have grown into the people they are because of the relationship they have with one another. We were honored to step into their story for a day and are excited to share what we saw.
